I have close to a decade of experience as a professional in technology having worked as a product manager and technology leader. My passions lie at the intersection of mental health, wellbeing and human-centered design.
I have taught and led discussions at companies on humane design and responsible AI. As a consultant in this area, I have led discussions that integrate the Center for Humane Technology's Foundations of Humane Technology course with my own research background in psychology and technology. As an employee, I have also volunteered to lead book clubs and podcast discussions related to these topics, especially as they intersect with corporate social responsibility.
I have an inkling to broach topics that may be sensitive and difficult to discuss but are nonetheless important to do so. In all the companies I have worked for, I have done this with leadership and opened up communication channels with teams in the process. My approach and intent is to build bridges and create cultures of greater psychological safety.
I also serve as an advisor and consultant to startups, tech companies, and nonprofits. Whether it is on product innovation or AI, I advise on technology and business needs by getting to know the unique goals and situations of my clients. My expertise spans product lifecycle development, business strategy, roadmap sequencing, AI fluency and tooling, as well as user research and design.
